   These are some of the questions that we ask so that we can be more exact in our proposal for the work that you need done.

SURVEYING:

  • *Please include your Name & Best contact phone number & cel phone number.
  • *Your Email Address
  • *Property Owner's Name 
  • WE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY ON A MAP.
  • *Address of the property, including the zip code, that you are inquiring about.  OR
  • *The County's Central Appraisal District Property ID Number.
  • Deed Recording Number or any other information that will help us locate your property, we would be able to get you the information that you request in a more timely manner when we contact you. 
  • Title Company handling the transaction.  For surveys that a title company will use, we will need the Title Committment, Schedule A & B emailed to us.
  • Please also tell us your timeline for completion of the work

ENGINEERING:

  • *Please include your best contact phone number, email address & cel pone number.
  • *Property Owner's Name.
  • *Address of the property, including zip code, that you are inquiring about.
  • WE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY ON A MAP.
  • *The County's Central Appraisal District PROPERTY TAX ID Number.
  • Deed Number or any other information that will help us locate your property ON A MAP, we would be able to get you the information that you request in a more timely manner when we contact you.
  • If you are inquiring about:
  •       Engineered Foundation Plan 
  •       Structural Plan for a residence or commercial building
  •       please email us:
  •       Electronic File (either pdf or dwg files) of your construction plans or house plans  or provide us with a paper set.
  • If you require a Structural Engineer's Inspection, please let us know why this is being required and by whom.  Include the contact name of the person requiring the inspection.

SITE PLANS and DEVELOPMENT PLATS, either commerical or residential:

  • *Please include the * Items under "SURVEYING" along with these items:
  • *Please provide us with a copy of the construction plans, floor plan or parking lot layout (a sketch of what you are planning would suffice if nothing else is available).
  • We would like to meet with you to discuss the options for the development that you are planning.  Some could include Variances to the Zoning Ordinance that would be less costly in the construction phase of your project.
  • WE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY ON A MAP.

ZONING CHANGES:

  • Please provide all items listed under "SURVEYING".
  • Please list the Reason for the zoning change. 

SUBDIVISIONS:

  • Please provide all * items listed under "SURVEYING".
  • Please tell us the reason that you need the subdivision.
  • Please note that "SUBDIVISIONS" are for large multi-lot developments or for one-lot subdivisions or combining two or more lots into one necessary for building permits.
  • WE WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROPERTY ON A MAP.

 

VARIANCES:

  • Please provide all items listed under "SURVEYING".
  • Please tell us the reason that you need the Variance.
  • Please tell us the city or town.
